How do I cancel my NextPass account?
To cancel your NextPass account, please follow these steps:
- Open the NextPass app or website: Start by launching the NextPass app on your mobile device or visiting the NextPass website.
- Access account settings: Navigate to your account section of the app or the website.
- Select “Personal Information.”
- Click on “Delete Account.”
- Follow the prompts: Once you select the cancellation option, follow any prompts provided to confirm your decision. You may be asked to provide feedback or confirm your identity.
Please note that upon cancellation, your payment information may be retained for up to sixty days as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, in case there are any outstanding transactions that need processing. Please be aware that uninstalling the app alone will not close your account or deactivate your vehicle information with NextPass.
